Welcome to Gift. Gift is a campaign of The Transplant Trust that offers support to children and families who are affected by transplantation. We aim to provide both emotional and practical support throughout the journey of transplantation. Every year there are an increasing number of children who require major organ transplantation, through our work we aim to promote transplantation and enhance the lives of children and families touched by it.
